I can't sign in — what do I do?

Use account recovery. If you saved recovery codes when you set up two-factor, that's the fastest way back in. Otherwise you can answer your security questions or submit a recovery request for our team to review.

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

Open your account page, go to “Two-factor & recovery”, and follow the steps with any authenticator app. You'll get ten one-time recovery codes — keep them safe.

How do I report a bug or a player?

Send us a message below with the “Bug report” category, or report a player in game. Include the world, time, and what happened.

Can I get my data, or delete my account?

Yes. On your account page you can download all your data or request deletion (with a 30-day grace period). See our privacy policy.

Why was I muted or banned?

Sanctions follow the game rules. If you think a decision was wrong, send a message with the “Appeal” category and your character name.
